Crafted over 100 years ago, this lovely French antique pin is made of solid 14kt yellow gold and boasts a vibrant oval cut amethyst at its center in a bezel setting. The intense purple amethyst is celebrated by a gold rope design settled in a pool of blue enamel. The enamel is then surrounded by round white enamel dots and these are accented by another rope design. The back is exquisitely crafted with open filigree detail. This exquisite piece of jewelry is in excellent condition with normal signs of wear consistent with its age.
