1. Domestic Shipping is Free.

2. We cover all shipping and insurance costs which is for the full amount of the item purchased.

3. We ship all items using FedEx Standard Overnight Delivery with Signature Confirmation. Please allow 1-2 days for shipment.

4. To guarantee a secure delivery, we do not ship to PO Boxes yet we can accept them as your billing address.

INTERNATIONAL

1. International Shipping is Free.

2. We cover all shipping and insurance costs which is for the full amount of the item purchased.

3. We ship all items using FedEx International Priority with Signature Confirmation OR DHL International (depending on location).

4. Please be aware of any duty fees or VAT taxes that your country may impose upon receipt of your package. If you are unsure of your country's duty fees, please contact us and we can inform you.

RESIZING & CUSTOMIZATIONS

For specific customizations to jewelry or other merchandise, such as engraving and monogramming, please contact us first to discuss an agreeable production and shipping time frame. Please allow an additional 1-3 business days for ring resizing.

We do not include our store name on the shipping label as the return address will be from Steve Brown or one of the son's, Nick or Jordan. We don't wish to alert anyone during the shipping process as to the precious contents of the package, or if it's a gift, we simply don't want to ruin the surprise.
