Lovely baby blue natural turquoise gems adorn the surface of this heavily textured solid 14kt yellow gold brooch, creating a unique and captivating design. The turquoise is complemented by smaller lapis lazuli beads and natural round brilliant diamonds along the surface of the gold striations.
